National Supremacy
Article 6 clause 2, states that the federal court could overturn unconstitutional laws or state laws that affected a federal law. If that was added on it would be much better. What would be added on to that clause would be that if the citizens of the state had three fourths of the population in that state, want to repeal the state law, they could have the federal court deal with it. Then if the Federal Court see that the law would be affecting the citizens negatively, they would repeal it. This wouldn't exactly be a significant change, because most of the time, the state laws are fine and don't have problems. This will affect most citizens positively because a majority of the population will want that law not be placed. It would also give more power to the people which would be fair. Also, if the Constitution see nothing wrong with the law, they can deny what the people want, and keep the law.
